Hello there! I noticed that your trains are VERY full! I want to get a train of my own going and I'd love some advice or help along the way! I have a few people that are interested in starting this week, which is fine by me. Even if we start small, every little bit helps, right? I've already explained how the train works to everyone. What else do I need to do as the organizer? Do you try to put someone in a spot on the train that will be most beneficial to them? I imagine I could do this now while it's a small train, but it would be difficult with a larger one. Mostly I'd just want to make sure that if two people have a need for the same kind of coupon that they're not next to each other so that one person always gets all the coupons for that product. Do you change the "seating arrangement" at all? Often? What advice do you have for a beginner?
