Questions for Party of the Senses experts?

We got tickets for my in-laws for the Party of the Senses and I am not sure about the set up when you go in. Is it a mad dash when you get in to get a seat at a table? I have read a few posts about this. There will be only the two of them so I am wondering if they will be able to get a seat at all, or do they walk around all night. Thanks for all your help

Yes there is a mad dash for the seats. There are only about 100-150 seats for up to 700 people.

We don't even try for a seat. One, it makes for more walking, having to go back to your table each (or most) times. There are tall tables to stand at all around the place. We get a sample, go and stand at a table for a few minutes and go on to the next place. It would seem you waste too much time going back to sit at the table.

I know, for me, at events like this, if I've been walking around for a while and then sit down, I am not getting back up again. LOL
