Hi,
I have a few questions. I am an AVON rep, but don't know the answer.
I have a friend who lives half way across the country who would like to start placing AVON orders with me. Is there a way to have the items shipped directly to her?

If I can't have it shipped to her, is the money that I will have to pay to ship to her tax deductible?

I am really confused on the taxes at the end of the year. I haven't really sold a lot and my manager is of no help.
Thanks,
Jenny

i just started selling a few months ago from what i know/heard if you become a e-rep she can order from you and have it directly shipped to her for $2-3 hth alittle

Become and E-Rep and make it direct delivery only. Most of the time, she won't even have to pay shipping, but also realize you won't make as much money off the E-Rep Sales as you would off regualr sales, so weigh the options of you shipping it versus her ordering off your website.

My Avon rep lives in England. I use her because the only moisturizer I love has been discontinued here, but is still sold there. I order online on her webpage, and it gets sent across the pond right to me.:thumbsup2

I would sign up for the E-rep. she can have it shipped direct and there is a code you can giver her for free shipping. I signed up for E-rep cause none of my family lives nearby. Now I just have to get them to look at my site:lmao: They're always forgetting.

I'm in my 2nd campaign with AVON now. I like it, I'm figuring out what i need to do to gain more customers.

Just an FYI

If you go ahead and become an E-rep then any profits you make are deposited into your AVON credit line. It won't be like getting paid from your personal delivery customers.

So, what if I decide not to become an E-Rep, since I don't think that she would be ordering EVERY campaign and I would just be wasting the $7.50 per campaign (or whatever the price is to be an E-Rep). Would any postage that I pay for shipping/mailing be deductible?

Does anyone who has been a rep for a while know how to do taxes at the end of the year? I know that I haven't made $5000 and I was told that I don't even have to claim anything if I made under 5K. Is that legal to not put it on your tax forms???????
