I am planning a first trip to Disney in 04 and have a few questions.1)Since my father lives in Fl. and if he accompanies us to Disney will he be able to book rooms for us also with the FL. residents rates?
2)And will he be able to buy the Grandchildren passes for the resident rates also?
Trying to figure out cost/budget and what would be best time to go.I know that I will have to purchase tickets for myself, husband and oldest son(19).But need to know about children ages 15&12.

Thanks in advance for any replies

YES! If your father books the rooms and accompanies you you can get the Florida resident rates- on the tickets too for the kids from what I understand. But- your 2 kids are (jr.)adult age as far as ticketing is concerned, so I'm not sure... GOOD QUESTION! Anybody out there know this one?

Your two older children will be an adult price, I think that childrens ages stop at 10 years old. Your father will have to check you into the resort with fl id. they are very strict on that. being a former fl res of 25 yrs, and my whole family still live there I have checked into some of this stuff.

Debbiedoo has pretty much covered it. The only thing your father can do is get you the rooms at the FL resident rate, and he will have to be the one to check you in showing the ID. The tickets will have to be purchased by you since all your children are adult ages as far as Disney is concerned.
