Questions...cooler,towels

We leave in 6 days. YEAH!!! I had planned on bringing a colapsible cooler. 2 questions. First we are planning on having milk, cran-grape juice(a must have for dd in the am), soda(pepsi drinkers here), a few waters and a few capri suns. I think these will fit but I am worried about things staying cold. Can you buy small milks at gift shops etc?

For the pools in the resorts do you need your own towels or is there a place to get them from to use them for the pool? I am trying to cut down on the items we pack.

The resorts have towels at the pools, so don't waste valuable luggage space by packing towels.
All of the Disney resorts where I've stayed have stores where you can purchase necessities, so don't worry about the milk or anything else for that matter....you will have a fantastic vacation!!!

We stayed at All-Stars Music in June and they did not have towels at the pools. Room service always left us extra towels and there was a towel bin at the pool to leave used towels if we didn't feel like bringing them back to the rooms. Moderate and deluxe resorts have towels available at the pools.

We always bring a big hard-sided cooler. It provides better insulation than a soft-side and has a drain plug which makes it easier to drain off water. When using a soft-side, we usually put ice in a zip-loc bag to help keep better control of the water when the ice melts. You may get condensation on the outside of the soft-side since its does not insulate as well, so you may want to keep a towel under it or leave it in the tub or sink. The soft-side should keep everything cool, just be sure to replace the ice, probably once in the morning and once at night. It is worth it to us to have the cooler. Its very convenient and purchasing drinks off-site is much cheaper.
