Questions & Confusion!

I'm sorry...I know this has been discussed a zillion times elsewhere...but I just can't focus enough to find it right now. Couple of questions:

(1) I know the 90 + 10 rule. So if my check in date is October 11, wouldn't that make my 90 + 10 day....July 3?

(2) I've been reading the thread on the online dining. There are SO many postings, I can't bring myself to read through all of them. So, here's my next question. We are staying on "rented" DVC points. Will I be able to use the online ressie system or do I need to call? I know at one point, DVCers couldn't use online. Is that still the case?

Your 90 day window is July 13, at which time you can book 10 days worth of reservations, since you're staying on-site. It's not 100 days (where you got July 3), it's 90 days.

However, you will only be able to do that on the phone because the online system is not recognizing DVC reservation #s at this time.

If you want to just book at 90 days out (without the 10 day advantage), you could do that online (or on the phone).

Even to call on the phone to get the +10 advantage, you will need the DVC reservation number from the member that you rented from.
