Questions- cash, gift cards and tipping

Hi, we are staying offsite for 10 days and doing 5 days at WDW plus all the Sea World parks. What will I need actual cash for? Just toll roads and food carts? For WDW, we have a lot in Disney gift cards. For using a gc for dining, can you add tip on to the gift card, or will I need to have cash for that?

You'll need cash for tipping housekeeping and anyone who helps you with luggage wherever you're staying.
