Ok in the little message in the box on the left there are some that move and are in color how do I get that?

if you're talking about tags (mine says i'm good at telling stories and that im easy going) then you can't add the color or make them move, the 'tag fairy' does that.

you just have to be patient and wait to be given tags by her
she gives them out randomly, i didnt have any for the first couple years that i posted here.

When they tag you, do you choose what it says or not?

Nope, it's completely up to the Tag Fairy. It's usually something that you say that he/she thinks is funny.

My current ones are ones that have either been given to me or I asked for. My previous ones, the TG gave me two randomly, and one was my usertitle and she just colored it.

it depends. For example, the only one of mine that I didn't choose is the "Pi a la mode" one (which I adore. Greatly. I'd be sad if I got re-tagged and it was gone). I chose the other two when the TF was on a TB tagging spree. I asked and received.

Even then, these are my second set of tags.
