Questions about Soarin and BBB

Hi! I'm going on our first WDW trip this Saturday!
I have questions..

What's the height requirement for Soarin'?

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, is there an a la carte price or is it just the set price? I have 2 girls and I don't think we want to spend another $100+ for both girls' hair and make up. Is there like "minor" services that will allow them to experience the BBB without costing us tons?

I haven't packed yet, due to personal issues I had to abandon all things Disney in the last 2 weeks. I have to get my mind on my Disney Trip again!

Height requirement on Soarin' is 40".

I believe on BBB, you have to buy a package with the cheapest one being $54 plus tax. Of course for $5 more you get their nails done too. We haven't done it yet but will on our next visit.
