Questions about Return Check-in for ME

Hello,
We're flying roundtrip on Jetblue from BOS to MCO, and this is our first time using ME. I read somewhere that in order to do airport check-in at the resort (we're staying at POFQ), you have to show up at the check-in counter 3 hours before your scheduled flight. Our flight leaves MCO at 10:25am, so we'd need to be at the counter with our luggage at 7:25, correct?
What if my DH checks in online beforehand...will we still have to check our luggage at the airport?

Also, if our flight leaves at 10:25am, what time would our ME bus leave the resort?

I am not sure about the ceick in for your bags but if your flight takes off at 10:25 your ME bus will pick you up 3 hours earlier. If you check in online you don't have to check your bags at the resort you can take them with you on the bus and check them in at the Airport but it is so much easier to check in at the resort and not have to wait in line at the airport.

If your return flight is 10:25AM your DME pick-up will probably be7:25AM and you have to be at the bus stop ready to go 15 minutes prior.
You can use BAGS to check your luggage thru on JetBlue, but you have to be finished with the check-in prior to 3 hours. If you use that service, I would be in line at BAGS at 6:45AM, get your boarding passes, make sure you have paid your checked bag fees, then go back to your room and gather up your carry ons for your trip home.
BAGS wants at least 3 hours or more to get your bags on a separate truck to the airport.
If DH checks in online, and pays the bag fees, you don't have to use BAGS, but you will have to carry your bags to the bus, and tip the DME bus driver accordingly for any bags he handles for you.

Resort check-in is so worth getting up a bit early for! The desks at each resort open at 5:00 a.m. If you can arrange to be there a little earlier, so much the better. 3 hours before flight time is the cut-off time for those checking in with luggage.

The day before your departure, you will receive an envelope under your room door with the information about your ME departure and the number for BAGS if you choose to use it. Call the 800 BAGS number and pay for your luggage. The next morning, take the luggage to the RAC desk along with your itinerary information (airline, flight # and time, plus IDs for everyone). They will weigh your bags and check you in, giving you your boarding passes and they will transport your luggage to MCO. Keep in mind that all parties on your itinerary must be present as well (just like at the airport).

Our flight was at 10:05 and we had a 7:20 pick-up time. Often, the bus stops at another resort. (We were at OKW and the bus also stopped at SSR before heading to the airport.) You can also take an earlier ME bus (we did that last year and had time for a leisurely breakfast at the airport).

When you arrive at MCO, you can go straight to your gate after going through security. It makes life very easy and saves a good deal of time, especially if there are long check-in lines at your airline.
