Questions about PM's

Does anyone know exactly how many PM's you can keep in your box without it being full? Also, do the saved messages, sent messages and PM tracking all count towards your totals? There are so many PM's I would love to save, but I know you can only store so many.

I think the saved messages and the sent messages are all included in the total count, but I don't think the message tracking ones are. As far as the total count goes, I'm not exactly sure. Since Dan is sleeping right now, I can't ask him about it.

You can have 120 but once when I sent some out the total went to 122. The ones that are in the message tracking folder doesn't count toward to your total but the others do. I seem to remember Alex saying once that messages could only be kept for six months and then they get automatically deleted. I don't know if that is actually happening. The ones I want to keep are stored on the puter. Hope that helps.

As kejoda said, you can only have 120 messages before people cannot send them to you anymore w/o getting a "PM box full" message. Not sure why but I have had as many as 123 in my box. The last three though were ones I sent out. The message tracking does not get counted in that number. Only inbox, sent and any other box if you have created it (I created a "keeps" folder to put my very important ones). They do get automatically deleted after 6 months though so if you have one you want to save, I'd copy it into word
