Questions about Passporter

I just recently ordered my first Passporter online. It's the 2003 deluxe edition and on the inside cover it says, "Expanded for use through 2004". Will the information be accurate thru 2004, or should I preorder the 2004 refill? And....the text only refill is $12.99 + more than $5 shipping. (Website says $11.99, but when I check out, it shows as $12.99) Can I buy the refill at a book store and save the shipping costs?

I have never seen the refill at the bookstore. You will have to order it.

That being said, the 2004 edition previews sound fantastic and I can't wait to get my refill. I have already pre-ordered.

Order the refill and I haven't seen them offered at our local book stores.
