My husband & I are currently in the process of divorce. I have a top-notch lawyer and he has chosen to represent himself. I just received this months bill from my lawyer & there are 4 "meetings w/ husband" in which I was billed appx $300!
Am I really responsible for footing the bill everytime he walks in there? Should she be talking to him at all? Or is this because he has chosen to represent himself that she has to meet with him?
Anyone have any experience in this field???????

However, I also trust him that he doesn't schedule meetings/phone calls needlessly and many times, if he and I are discussing other things besides the case, he doesn't charge me for a particular meeting/phone call.
