Questions about Kissimmee Condos

We are looking for a 3 bed 2 bath or larger in Kissimmee. We have stayed at a few before. I want to spend less than 75$ per night in June. Are there any unsafe areas I need to avoid? Please Advise.

If you are open to a townhome instead of a condo, Lake Berkley is a very nice, quiet, gated resort community in a great area of Kissimmee...lots of nearby restaurants and decent shopping options. Still within a reasonable driving distance to all the theme parks.

We bid on skyauction for a 2 bd/suite at Cypress Palm. We got it for $261 for 7 nights. About $30 per nite and that is was perfect for saving on this trip.
