I understand how the meals work. I know that the UMPs are good from the moment you check in until midnight of the day you check out. What about the tours and recreation? If I book four nights can I take tours and use the recreation on the fifth day?

Yes, you can still do tours and recreation your fifth day. We managed to squeeze in parasailing on our last morning. You just present your room key, they swipe it like a credit card, and voila, free recreation. Have a great time
