questions about Ft. Wilderness

I have a friend who has stayed at Disney's Resorts several times. He now would like to take his RV and stay at Ft. Wilderness Campground. Does anyone have any suggestions to make his stay better: location-transportation-entertainment? He has never stayed here or knows nobody who has.
