We are planning on being at MGM on Tuesday, December 14th, and we want to see Fantasmic that night, but we have a few questions.

-Any guess what time Fantasmic will be?

-We really don't want to do the dinner package since we will have had a big lunch that day. If we don't do the package, how early do you think we will have to get there to get a seat? We don't want to be down front or anything, in fact, we would rather be toward the back.

-Is it possible to see the Osborne Lights after Fantasmic? How does this work?

Thanks!

In 2002, the last year for Osborne Lights, they had Fantasmic at 6:00, which would allow you to get over to the lights before the 7:00 close. They usually keep the lights on past closing. On a Tuesday night in early December, you could probably still get a seat 45 minutes before.

I'll second what Debbie said but I think I saw Fantasmic last December 7th (a Sunday) at 7pm. I think that's when they do the show in December - it's completely dark by then. It is also fairly easy to get a seat. We went in a hour before showtime but that was only because we wanted to get a seat front and center. There were still people coming in 10-15 minutes before showtime and getting seats toward the back and side of the theater.
