I'm curious...if you had Disney take your pictures...

Where did you have them done?
Who was your photographer?
How many pictures did they take?
Were you satisfied with the pictures?

Thanks much!

Where did you have them done?
We had a Magic Kingdom, EPCOT photo shoot the morning of our wedding, and also had DPS do our Dessert Party at EPCOT in the evening.

Who was your photographer?
We had Amy, and her assistant for the day was Darrin. Both were absolutely amazing to work with!

How many pictures did they take?
They took a ton, with lots of variety! While Amy was shooting us at the DP, Darrin took all kinds of candids of the family - I was so surprised!

Were you satisfied with the pictures?
Absolutely....like with all pictures, there are some we didn't love, but there were SO many that we did. They were amazing to work with, and the quality was outstanding. I love my photo album, and look at it often - the picture quality in the album is great!

Where did you have them done? Grand Floridian - all around the grounds and inside the lobby

Who was your photographer? Regina - she is fantastic

How many pictures did they take? We got about 90 pictures (we had one-hour of photography that came with the Memories Collection). I know they took more than that but I don't think they put every picture that they took online because I remember her taking some that I didn't see (I'm assuming they were wedded out because we blinked, sun glare, etc.)

Were you satisfied with the pictures? I was! Not every single shot was a "framer" but there were many, many that I really loved.

My only complaint in the whole process was that that we wanted to purchase the CD of all the images and were told that it was not offered for purchase with the Memories Collection "at that time":confused3. We ended up spending a fortune on prints so I could get at least one copy of all my favorites. A couple of months ago I read here that they are now offering the CD for purchase:sad1::sad2:. I wish I'd had that option because I would've rather put that print money toward the CD. I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles with a new package though (we had our VR within the first month or so that Memories was offered).

I'll answer my questions too...

Where? at the WP and Commander's Terrace and just a couple in the Lobby of the Grand Floridian

Photographer? Stephanie

How many? 157 shown online (but a lot are the same shots but in black & white)

Satisfied? Yes and no. We really like the photos, We upgraded to the Cinderella D package so that we could get the DVD. And I thought there would be many more shots (since we paid $750 extra, rather than having just the 2 hours allotted for an Escape). We had the 2 hours but...well, guess I thought if we paid for an upgrade we would get more photos not just 4 more photos in the album, a DVD, and an 11x13.

Seems like photography is always the biggest heartache on here. I think it's honestly one of the most important things to have though cause it's the pictures that will last forever. I guess it's just about picking the right package/photographer.

Is there any photographer that people didn't like?

Were thinking about doin photos on the boardwalk...how long does that take or does it vary by package....same thing with epcot....is it before/ park hours or are there guests watching you take pictures?

We had a ton of pics done around BW, but by our "other photographer" - you can see them in my PJ/TR. In park photo shoots are done before the park opens so there are no guests in the parks.

We had pictures taken at EPCOT before the ceremony, then at Sea Breeze Point and around the Boardwalk Resort. We had Amy and we loved her! She took over 400 pictures and we love pretty much all of them, I've got probably 30-40 pictures in various sizes displayed in our house (collage, large prints, books, etc.) When we had our EPCOT shoot for the most part it was just us and Amy (and the occasional CM going about their morning pre-park opening work) but while in the Italy pavilion we did cross paths with one of the Segway tour groups, we let them pass and then we took our pictures. All of the people were really nice and told us congrats and complimented my dress. :cutie:
