Questions about Disney Springs buses

Do Disney Springs buses run either directly TO or directly FROM the theme parks? I know at one time I'd heard that they were going to start running buses from the parks to DS at something like 4pm to facilitate those with DS dining ADRs, but I think that was before covid and was wondering if it'd com back yet- and if they DO run from/to the parks, at what time do they start/stop?

There are no buses to or from DS/parks. You would have to go to a resort and then take the Disney Springs/park bus.

A lot of people take the bus from the parks to Saratoga and get off at the Congress Park stop and walk over to DS, and because of that those buses tend to be very full.

As noted above, neither at the moment. Pre-Covid, they briefly ran buses from the parks to Disney Springs beginning at 4pm. This has not yet returned and I do not expect it to.

This must be what I'm remembering. Bummer- it'd make getting to dinner at DS SO much easier!

As a reminder, the one exception (that I can think of) id Typhoon Lagoon. In fact, you have to take a bus to DS and then transfer to a TL bus to reach the water park

They do not. You're usually better off going to the closest resort and taking the bus from there to DS.

As recommended by pp, your best bet is to go to the nearest resort and hop on a bus to DS.. Or take an Uber/Lyft/Minnie Van, etc.
