I am not sure if this was asked before, I couldn't find it anywhere. I am a DVC memeber and I will be getting the DDP next time I go for my DH, Me and my child. My sisiter will be visiting while we are there, When we go out to Dinner can I use 2 of my vouchers for them to eat with us and 1 one the kids voucher so their daughter can eat too?
I pretty sure I heard you can use as many vouchers as you want in one day, but I am checking to be sure.

Next Question, can you use lets say two vouchers and pay for a meal. Do I just tell the waitress, I want to use 2 vouchers and pay for 1?

I am trying to figure out how this works, from all of you that have used them already.

We have talked about the DDP and think maybe a sit down everyday plus a CS meal might be to much for us, so if we want to use it on any ofthe guest who stop by to see us can we?

Thank You

The Dining Plan is non-transferable; it is intended only for use by members of your party, not unregistered guests or folks not staying with you.

You can have the servers split your bill at restaurants, putting certain items on one and certain items on the other, and then applying the Dining Plan to one or the other.

When I did a search, there is so much about DDP, that I would never get through it all! The one thing I may be missing...does your whole "party" (family) have to be on the DDP... one package? Or can you separate it out?
If we are splitting up for days, for ex. my DH and DS, using the plan would be a benefit. However, if I plan to take my 2 DDs separate for a day, we just wouldn't get the money's worth, we don't eat as much as they offer.
Any info. on this would be appreciated!

Sorry, but your entire party must all be on the Dining Plan.

Everyone staying in the same room must be on the dining plan.

I think I'm confused by this. Maybe what we did was "illegal" but I never even gave it a second thought! When we were just down at the begining of August, we invited my grandparents, who live in Kissimmee, to join us for lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express and we bought their lunch with our counter service credits. Are you saying that we technically weren't allowed to do this? No one said a word to us!

I assumed that this was okay to do because I had heard of people paying for "strangers" CSes if it was their last day and they had credits leftover. Rather than "lose" them, they paid it forward and purchased other's meals.

I guess it's too late now. And when we go at Christmas, all 7 of us are on the dining plan and my grandparents are joining us for a Christmas dinner TS of which we have no extras to give out!!!

Thank you for your answers... I guess we will wait a little longer until we would all use it enough to make it worth while. Have a great day! :)
