Questions about Dining and night time shows

I'm going for 6 nights and have 5 dining ressies.

I have:

I'm going to book Olivia's for Wednesday 4/8
San Angel Inn on Thursday 4/9 at 6:45 pm.
California Grill for Friday 4/10 at 5:50pm
Le Cellier for 4/11 at 8:30pm
and Chef Mickey's on 4/13 at 7:30 pm.

I figured that seeing Illuminations on Thursday the 9th after San Angel Inn would be easy.

But now to see Wishes and Fantasmic. I can't remember whether Wishes goes on at 9 or 10. And what about the parade? I know that's generally an hour or so before the parade. I've been to Disney World 6 times and still can't remember, lol.

Now, Fantasmic (if I recall) has two showings. I know I've read here that the show days have been cut down and it's only played once or twice a week now and I believe it will be on Wednesday the 8th. What are the times for the shows and what time should I shoot for a reservation for to get into Hollywood Studios in time for Fantasmic.

Also, can I see "Illuminations" from Le Cellier. It's one of the only Epcot sit downs I've never eaten in.

You can not see wishes from Le Cellier .It literally means The Cellar and is a wine cellar with no windows.

yeah..Do you remember that? the food used to be flat out awful.
