When you make your ADR to CRT, they will charge your credit card the full amount. The price will include tax and tip too.
I just ordered the slipper dessert for our upcoming trip. It cost $12.50 and you pay for that at your meal. You need to call the cake hotline at 407-827-2253 to order the slipper. You should do this no less than 48 hours before your trip or no more than 2 weeks out. I ordered ours at the 2 week mark.
