I have a friend who has offered to book a room for us with her CM discount. 
I, of course, have about a million questions about booking with this discount and I don't want to annoy her with all of them...so here I am!
1. I understand the discounts are usually 40% if she won't be staying with us. Are there times when the discount might be more or less? We are planning on the third week of August (not this year) before I am back in school. She doesn't believe that this time will be an issue with blackout dates.
2. Are discounts only for standard rooms? Would she be able to book us a preferred room or a CL room, for example?
3. How about villas? We usually rent points and were considering a 1BR for this trip. Are CM's able to book a 1BR at AKL, for example?
4. How far in advance can a room be booked with a CM discount?
