New question regarding Sorcery Mickey show at AP. Is there still a show if 1st/only AP rotation falling into Pirates night?

we are thinking about booking our very first DCL in Dec. 5 days on Magic to be exact. I have a question about AP restaurant. I have heard there is a little show during the dinner. So if we happen to have it twice in our restaurant rotation, are the show staying the same? Or they will be different to each other?

It's really not "a show". The walls have cartoon drawings on them that change colors as evening progresses and there are video screens that show clips. One night, the staff will come out in a sort of parade - used to be each one was carrying his/her country flag, seems like it changed last cruise. Also, one night they let you draw yourself on paper provided and those appear on the screens with music. It will not be the same both nights.

The "shows" are not to be missed in AP. I loved both nights that we ate there, so much fun. If you are thinking of skipping dinner in one of the MDR, I would personally skip Lumiere's, it has great food but doesn't have the extra shows like AP and the new Tangle restaurant.

Depends on which ship.

On the Magic and Wonder it is the color thing the first night. On the Dream and Fantasy it is Crush the first night.

If you are on a 7 night or longer cruise, the second (or third if the second is Pirate Night) night will be the thing where you draw and it gets animated.

Thank you! What about 2 nd night on a 5 days cruise? Will the drawing be animated as well?

Thank you. We are indeed thinking about skip one night for Palo if possible.

No. They only do the thing where you draw if everyone on the ship would have a second rotation in Animator's Palate not including Pirate/Marvel/StarWars Night - so it would have to be a 7-night.

The Magic also has the new Rapunzel’s restaurant. It has a live show during dinner.

Are the shows the same if Rapunzel Royal table show up twice during the rotation?
Each dining room has it's own Signature menu and show (if there's a show). It's only served/shown once during the cruise. Subsequent visits to the same dining room will have a different menu, and, most likely, no show of any type.

On a 5 night cruise the Signature menus will typically be served the first time you are in each dining room. With the other two nights being Pirate night and the Till We Meet Again/Sea Ya Real Soon menu.
