I have family staying at AKL next week and want to put money on their room account to treat them to some meals.
Is it possible to call resort and use my credit card to give them the credit?
If so if credit isn't used will it be refunded.
Thanks

I am unsure about this one. I am sure someone here knows more about it than me, but have you considered getting them Disney gift cards? They can be used anywhere on property.

I don't think you will be able to do this, most Disney hotels will not let you have a credit balance on a room. Why not just send them a Disney gift card with the amount you want to spend loaded on it?

I agree with the others who said it's probably not possible. Also, if you call the number that is associated with the resort, you will not be talking to the front desk. All calls to the resorts are routed to a call center. They answer as if they are at that particular resort, but you are actually talking to someone at a call center.

Um - OP - call and ask. Now, it was a few years ago but I called and had my father's and stepmother's Dive Quest adventure put on my credit card (lots of money) for my father's 70th birthday. Also, my mother-in-law was able to call and get half of our room put to her credit card with no problems. Just call and ask.
