Question

Since my ADR window is opening on Monday and I know I can't book all seven days of ADRs without a current reservation, can I make a reservation without the free dining, and then add the free dining if/when it is released?

Do y'all think I need to worry about making reservations one at a time for the off-peak season, or should I go ahead and make a room reservation so I can make all the reservations at once?

Yeah, it's my understanding all you need for 180+10 is a resort reservation, you don't need to have DDP.

Or you can go ahead and book your package and change it to free dining if it is offered.

You can make a reservation without a ressie. The only down side is if it is for CRT or others (think there is another one) that you have to pay for upfront.
