When it comes to getting drinks at counter service meals (on the dining plan) do they include free refills? Maybe just on certain drinks, or certain places?

And can you order (at Table Service) things without toppings, like if a sandwich is supposed to have BBQ sauce or shallot mayo on top and you have a picky eater, can they get it without it? Will that cause us to suffer grief from the server (especially at WCC )

I don't think any counter service places have free refills, dining plan or not.

As far as "holding" sauces at your TS places, I don't see why that would be a problem. My DH has to "hold" any topping that is dairy due to lactose intolerance.

Nope .. no refills at CSs .. sorry.

Just like any restaurant, ones at WDW will be happy to hold toppings and ingredients for you. An exception would be something like onions in a marinara sauce.. something already cooked in. You will not have any trouble with this at all.

I concur with the previous postings. And my husband always orders every entree "naked". With nothing but meat and cheese. Then he empties a half bottle of ketchup on whatever thing he just ordered. And yes, this is at some of Disney's top end table service places. *rolls eyes*.

I have one almost exactly like him! Except he doesn't even want the ketchup!
