Question - Room Request

It's been a few years since we were at WDW and I recently booked our package on line. We are staying at POR and I would like to ensure we are in the Alligator Bayou section and ideally in a certain building (close to the preferred ones). I did not see a place when I was registering to put in room requests. Should I phone to add this to our profile, or is there another way?

You have to phone to add room requests, one of the reasons I book by phone cause you have to call anyway!

I added a request for POR by emailing them through the contact us part of their website. Received a confirmation a few days later that it was added but that it couldn't be guaranteed but it was and we did it all online .

I chose the option my current WDW reservation.

been told by CM to call lodge directly(talk to ??) about 7-10 days before arrival or so. thats when the room planner assigns rooms for upcoming stays....

also was told by fam CM that fax requests get thrown out alot.....................


PS.. i made room request when i called in my reservation yesterday. the request shows on my emailed reservation confirmation.
