Hi Everyone,
We are purchasing 100 points from the time share store at Saratoga Springs, we are already DVC owners since 2003. We just received our final documents and there is one titled Occupancy and Use Disclosure. On the document it states that the Timeshare store cannot be held responsible if the seller has misrepresented the claims of occupancy and use of the timeshare. I hadn't really considered this possibility until I saw the document. I am just wondering if anyone has run into any problems with this kind of misrepresentation happening when they purchased through the Timeshare Store.
Thanks in advance for replies.

Since you are already members of DVC and thus understand how the membership works, I don't think you will have any problem. This disclaimer is probably for buyers who would not have received all the relevant documents from Disney that list all the fine print (e.g. what happens if a property gets removed from the program, what about dues and special assessments, no - you really can't have six or eight in a studio, etc.).

As an example, some people might buy a Vero contact at low (perhaps $55 - $60 / point) and think they could book into WDW Resort with no issues at peak times, not understanding the seven month window versus the Home Resort privilege.
