Question re: Wishes FP+ Viewing and latest Hub construction

I know that the Hub (Partner's Statue area) is now all under even newer construction, etc. Is this impacting the Wishes FP+ viewing area in the Rose Garden? I have FP+ this weekend and I want to make sure the viewing area hasn't changed. How far in advance should I show up? Of course, I do want to see Celebrate the Magic before Wishes.
