Question re transferring luggage on ME...

I'm sure this question has already been asked and forgive me if it has....can you send just your luggage on ME if there are other family members travelling on ME?

We received our tags for my parents, aunt and uncle and my cousin's family because they're using ME. We also received tags for myself, my husband and our two children but we'll be renting a car when we arrive. We're all travelling to BCV so my husband said we might as well have ME take or luggage along with the rest of our family's so that we don't have to look for it at the airport.

Can we do this?

I believe the luggage tags have each person's name on them right? If so, then if someone w/ that name does not actually get on the bus, they will pull those bags off the truck becasue of security issues.

One way aorund that would be if someone who is going does not use all the tags w/ their name on them. You could just put their tag on your bag.
