Question re the taping of Parade in MK...

Does anyone know if the parade that is taped on the 1st and 2nd of Dec at MK is the same as the one in the Mickey very Merry xmas party? Is this parade supposed to end up on tv? Just curious if anyone knows some info on this!

No this is the xmas day parade with Regis and Kelly.

It is similar to the MVMCP parade, but also includes a lot of extras- floats with celebrities, parade acts from other parks (such as the cast of Festival of the Lion King), etc. It's the one that you see on ABC on Christmas morning.

Going to the taping is a crazy atmosphere- a lot of standing around (they tape each segment several times), but still neat!
