Can you fit a 1/2 gallon container of milk in the studio refrigerators? Or will I need to bring some smaller containers to transfer the milk into? I might use the grocery order service and that is the only size listed.

Should fit just fine, even if you have to lay it on end. It's not a teensy fridge like they give you at the resorts.

We had a larger container of milk in hte fridge it is like a large beer fridge.

Actually, you can fit a gallon jug if you'd like. We've done that in the past. You may have to move one of the shelves though.

Here's a photo of the typical Studio kitchenette layout at BWV. You can judge for yourself the size of the fridge.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the refrigerator. The freezer actually freezes, even though it is pretty small (was big enough though to hold 8 bottles,16.9 oz, of water).

[SIZE=+0]I just wanted to add some pics of the inside of the studio fridges. We had a gallon of spring water sitting on the bottom left, so you could definitely fit two whole gallon jugs of milk on the bottom if you wanted to! (If the images don't load automatically, try looking for my photo gallery here on the DIS http://www.wdwinfo.com/pictures.htm ) HTH.

Thanks, that was really nice of you! :sunny: Unfortunately I can't see them, and I'm having problems accessing the photo gallery. I know the site was having problems today so I'll try again in a few days, I just wanted you to know I saw this and that I appreciate it! :earsboy:

We always bring half gallons of both milk and oj and fit them both bottom shelf on the door of the the fridge in the studio. I also bring two pre-cooked dinners, lunch items etc. and still have room to spare (in addition to the drinks and yogurts etc that I also bring for my family of four). Those refrigerators are amazingly big and efficient. I sometimes bring with those popsicles that are in little plastic bags that you freeze, and the freezer is cold enough to freeze them solid. (Can you tell I drive from only a couple of hours away?)
