Hi!
I am coming to the experts for some advice. I saw a project someone did where she ran a photo through a software program and it added "star bursts"/"sparkles" from a few white areas on the photo. It was cute and not too overdone. The program "found" the right spots to add the "sparkle", it was not manually stamped on the photo. All she was able to tell me was it was a program, she didn't know the name.
So, do any of you know the program(s) that can do this? Obviously I would prefer a free download program! I use Print Shop 21 for my photos and have not seen anything like that on it. Our school used Picture It so if anyone knows if it is in there, that would be appreciated.
