Question re Parkhopper tickets purchased from CAA

Does anyone know if parkhopper tickets purchased from any of the provincial CAA's can only be used for Canadians? I thought I'd read some such thing last year, but now that it might be an issue, I can't find anything about it.

I called CAA and they told me they "were pretty sure" that the tickets could be used by anyone - not just Canadians. DH and I are going to Disneyland with a relative, who is from California and we were going to buy the tickets for all 3 of us, but don't want a problem with him being able to use it if we're asked for ID.
