A couple of weeks ago I posted about DH's bad leg and his doom and gloom about not being able to go to DLRP. Someone exceedingly clever advised me to get a doctor's note and go to City Hall where I might be able to get something for impaired mobility.
Well, DH's leg is better but still bad, and I have today in my possession a doctor's letter, although it does rather look as if I printed it out myself (I didn't!). Question is, will they believe it (since it is just printed out from the doctor's computer) and do I need to advise them in advance that I'll be doing this?
I'm asking here since I have already phoned Disney twice today and given up after holding 10 mins each time - must be busy there. Maybe someone very clever will know the answer!;)

Does it have the address of your surgery, and has the Doctor signed it?

If so, then it doesn't sound any different to the one I have! I took copies, and actually showed them a copy, even though I had the original stashed away in my bag. I was worried they might take it off me, and I wanted to keep it for next time, as I have what is probably a permanent medical condition. They read it and handed it back to me!

I don't think you have anything to worry about personally :goodvibes

Yes, it has their address, the names of all the doctors & contact no.s, and he has signed it. Must be OK then, thanks!

Don't worry City Hall have a range of questions that they will talk you throught and along with your doctor's letter you will get access subject to the level of disability :goodvibes
