Question re Developer Points.....

I have 160 Developer points for SSR or Disneyland - does anyone know whether I could use them to book TreeHouse Villas @ SSR?

Yes, developer points can be used to book the THV.

Of course, getting a reservation is subject to availbility and the other restrictions associated with developer points.

Most of the developer points cannot be used until the 7 month window. So for the THV, you wouldn't be able t use them for the THV until the booking window for everyone opens - developer points do not carry any home resort advantage, even at SSR.
