Question re: CRO agents

    I was talking with someone in CRO last night. He was very kind and helpful - until his computer went down. He took my name & number and said he'd call me this morning. He told me that he started at 8:30 am. It's 10:30 and no call (I know, I'm on the impatient side) Should I just call again and start all over, or has your experience been that if they say they'll call, they call.

    Just wondering. Thanks.

    I'd call back and start all over. If the agent put anything into the computer regarding your reservation, any other agent should be able to access it.
