Question RE: CM Names

How can you find out a cast members name after the trip. :[
I totally forgot to check out there name I know where they were from.
My mom is planning on sending in suggestions about out trip and pretty much the good and the bad and I would really like to include the cast members name. I got a picture but no name. :/.

I asked my mom if she could send the picture to guest relations and maybe they could get it to the cast member. Because I want to thank him for making my birthday "magical" lol. Since he was very nice.

go ahead and email the photo to wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com but be sure to include as much detail as possible in terms of where and when (date and time) the photo was taken. it's more likely that it can be passed on to the lead/manager and filtered down that way.

Definitely send the photo and compliment the CM. When I used to work at Epcot, we'd regularly find cameras left behind after shows or rides. We always used to take a photo of all the CMs at the attraction holding a sign that said, "We're the people who found your camera" -- then we'd take the camera to Lost & Found. We regularly got copies of the photos sent to us through inter-office mail by the Guest Relations person who got the thank you note. So yes ... putting a photo in a thank you will definitely help it get to the person who helped you!
