Question re car service and tip

Just want to know ...when you tip is it based on the cost of the ride period or is it the cost of the ride plus tolls.
In my case the ride is $65 plus tolls ($22), but I think I tip based on just the $65 (right?) or do I tip on $65 plus $22(tolls)?

$22 in tolls? From where? Anyway, no, your tip is based on the cost of the ride - the $65.

Thanks Kay, thats what I thought but began second guessing myself.

I live on Staten Island and am going to NYC so thats why the $22 in tolls. Not Disney related this time
