DOES DISNEY HAVE MARDI GRA??

We were at WDW during Mardi Gras and I think the only place that does "Mardi Gras" is Downtown Disney and Universal. We went to MGM, Animal Kingdom and MK during our visit and there wasn't anything related to "Mardi Gras" at those parks.
