Question on transportation to/from saratoga springs treehouse

Hi going to be staying at Saratoga Springs Treehouse in early December As far as transporation, we were considering using Ubers. But then i read that they wouldn't be able to enter the treehouse section because the gates are unmanned. Does anyone have experience with this? Also, is it better to order groceries in or pick them up on the way from the airport? If ordering in, what is best? Instacart?

Yes, a car needs to have a MB, KTWW card to get the gate to open. Someone needs to go to gate or near by parking lot to scan card, then ride to the tree house. Or ya'll will need to go to main lobby.

I've stayed at the treehouses a couple of times. Saratoga is my DVC home resort.
Only Minnie Van car service can get into Treehouse section of Saratoga.
If headed to the parks, instead of waiting on Treehouse busses it's quicker to walk over to the Grand Stand section. Grand Stand bus stop is the first stop in the Saratoga loop before heading to the parks. Last stop you can hop off at Springs bus stop to go to Artist Palette for a quick bite.
I once had groceries delivered from Wal-Mart and I picked the up from Bell Services. Last time I just picked up a few groceries from the Saratoga market. Its limited but we only ate breakfast and snacks in the room.
