Question on the one time exception?

I have a question on the one time exception I always hear about...

Could it or does it ever apply to borrowed points? I've borrowed some points that I shouldn't have & now I'd like to put them back.... is there a one time exception for this? If not I will have to take an unplanned Disney trip, DARN!!

The super-secret one time exemption only applies to missing banking deadlines as far as I know. Banking, borrowing, and transferring transactions are irreversible, and there is no exception that I know of. You may just be doomed to another trip.
