Why is it they include Port Orleans French Quarter food court but not Port Orleans Riverside Food Court.....to me this is a bit strange.....thanks for any answers

The list that I just printed, from a thread somewhere on the DIS, lists Boatwright's Dining Hall and River Roost, both at Riverside. Didn't the food court, at Port Orleans, close when they merged with Dixie Landings?

closed but the food court is the Sassagoula food court .........at Port Orleans FQ.....at Riverside the FOOD court is the Riverside Mill something or other.....

The thinking on this is that the DDE includes food court only when that resort does not have a full service restaurant. POR has a full service restaurant, POFQ does not.

I believe River Roost is the bar at Dixie Landing (POR).

doberlady, DDE is disney dining experience. it is now available for AP holders. beforehand, i believe it was just available for florida residents. we are seriously considering purchasing one as it is a better deal than w/our DVC or AP discounts. hope this helps. :teleport: :earboy2:
