Question on selling

I tried searching for the forum and couldnt find the answer to my question.

If you have a Disney cruise booked with reservation points and you go to sell your contract will they cancel that reservation?

I know they will cancel a regular reservation once sold. But since reservation points to transfer to the resale market I wasnt sure if they keep that intact. I have several contracts and was looking into only selling one, but 50 points were used from that contract.

They will not close on a contract that has an existing reservation. Your option would be to list the contract with a delayed closing for after the cruise or to ask MS about substituting points from a different contract although that may not be possible with a cruise. And even if you did that the points would still remain in reservation status.

All outstanding reservations must be canceled including RCI is my info.

According to my reseller, Disney will not let a contract close with a pending reservation.
