question on pincode

I stayed at WDW this past August. Now I understand if you have a pincode you can get free dinning if you booked then. Everyone I know got a code and book... I did see a code, if so, I would have booked then.

Does anyone know whom I can call? I stayed at the carribeian resort.

If you are talking about a bounce back offer, that has to be booked before you leave WDW, you can't call and get it after the fact.

As the previous poster said, if you are referring to bounceback, then that's a special offer that has to be booked while you are still in Walt Disney World. If there was a bounceback offer available during your travel dates, then the offer/brochure would have been in the packet of information given to you upon check-in or would have been on your table in your room. If it were not there, then you would have been required to inquire about the bounceback before leaving.
