Question on new Alamo website

Not sure when it changed, but Alamo has a new website. Must be in the past few weeks. Like anything new, have to relearn its quirks.

I have put in a contract ID code, Entertainment book. I want to change it to a different one. But that space, where the code goes (actually, the code numbers are not there now, but rather the words, "Entertainment Book") will not allow me to change it. I can change the coupon code, but not the contract ID.

Any thoughts?

try closing out & restart over. I had an issue yesterday,that was only way I could get it cleared. HTH,good luck.

I have been having problems for 2 weeks with the new site. We are club members, AAA, etc. Using the discount codes will not lower fares at all! I gave up and booked with Dollar.

I've done that. Maybe clearing the Alamo cookie will do it.

I had asked this question a while back, when I was making a reservation, it no longer included an additional driver. I had received answer here that as an Alamo insider that an additional driver would still be included.

Well, tonight as I try to check in for my pick up tomorrow, they are trying to charge an additional $9.99 per day for another driver. This was always included before the website change. When I made my reservation it said another driver was included, but it did not print on the confirmation. I am so frustrated at time I could just SCREAM!!!

Has anybody else had these issue with Alamo.
