Question on name change

So I know I have read about it here, but I can't find it
If I have a room booked with us 3 three (SR1), and we have another OBB that I can use can use, for another SR (SR2) on the same cruise, and say move one person from original SR1 to SR2 and replace that person with my mother in SR1 and have DH and Father in SR2 can that be done allowing for us to use the OBB with the 10% off and OBC?
I hope that makes some sense.
Basically trying to work it if I could take my parents on our cruise (that we already booked) and keep my discounts, allowing for us to be able to do in the first place.

Would they allow switching a person if the main is still in the original SR, and booking another for dad and DH that is one that is also on the OBB we have? I'm not sure
They would switch after, and I know about the muster stations and getting xtra room keys and on board account charging (doesn't much matter as it is my parents). They never went away for their 50th last year and thought this may nice.

I believe you are ok as long as it is not the name the reservation is in. This cannot be changed. Also it has to be done within a certain time period

Ok thanks I have sent email to TA but haven't heard back, also when I mentioned it mom, she likes the idea of another cruise, of course dad doesn't like anything that costs extra $, so his answer is always no... "do you know what I can get for$$$$" - They remind me a sitcom seriously. In the end I know, and he knows they would go.
Mom wears the pants in that one.
Just have to be sure the primary is in the same room right? the other two can move and still carry the OBB and OBC right? This is going to keep me up, pondering
