Hi all,
We’re planning a large family trip in November at BWV with various parties and multiple rooms. Rooms have all been booked, most in my name for now.
My question has to do with whether I can put the same name on more than one room and/or whether we can put names on a room for “part“ of the reservation. As an example, my niece and her friend will be in a studio for 4 nights while we’re also in a 2BR bedroom for 6 nights. If the wait list does not come through for my niece for her other 2 nights, she will just join us in the 2BR for those 2 nights (we will not be over-capacity). Thus in order for her to make park reservations etc. I’ll need to put her name on both rooms, correct?
Assuming this won’t be an issue but just want to make sure before I start listing guest names on the rooms.
Thanks!
