Question on contract, buyer 1 and 2

We have one contract waiting ROFR and are now ready to sign a second one to send to ROFR. The contracts are with different brokers and the 2nd one put my name first instead of my husband. I am buyer 1 instead of buyer 2. We are buying these to be put in a trust. Does the order of the names matter as long as they both are the same equal status?

AFAIK, if you are buying for a trust, the title should be that of the trust. Recommend that you consult the attorney that did the trust. IANAL.
